| Customer Service (7) Uptime (4) Price (8) Traffic (5) Disk/Database space (8) 6.4/10 Their customer support is always professional and friendly, however, they often do not give clear answers as to why a problem is occurring and when it might be fixed. I've experienced serious issues with uptime. I've used the host since 2004, however this year have had several times my site has been down for even a full day. Totally unacceptable with no contingency plan in place. The price is decent, with some Windows plans as low as $5.95/month. But, I guess you get what you pay for |

Their customer support was the worst I've ever experienced. On top of long wait times to actually speak to someone (via phone AND live chat), they were completely rude and just seemed to not want my business. I stayed with this host for up to a day. Their name servers did not propogate fast enough and I just didn't have 72 hours to wait. Besides all of this, their control panel is utterly confusing. Pricing wise, they had some good deals...however, it's not worth the lack of support, IMO. |

Support tickets are normally answered within 15 minutes, mostly alot quicker during office hours and always helpful. Uptime could be improved, but probably the same with most hosts..Generally 99% uptime.... Price...Have looked and looked, but not found the same level of spec for better price... Traffic pretty good...Unfortunately, not got anywhere near the limits...Same for disk/database space... Great thing is...You can have a discussion with these guys if your disk space useage is high or your having problems with a specific aspect of your site... Would only move to get either VPS/Dedicated... |

Oh, the one negative: their user control panels are the pits. You can do absolutely everything, but trying to find the place to do it can be like learning Forth. Last edited by don94403; May 22nd, 2008 at 03:05 PM. Reason: Added the negative. |

| Guess I can't vote for myself...so I will rate the supplier of my hosting ![]() Customer Service 9 Uptime 9 Price 9 Traffic 9 Disk/Database space 8 I have tried a few hosts...but these guys seem to be brilliant. Customer Support is excellent, very quick and they know what they are talking about .. unlike some hosts. I would recommend them to anyone. Any questions gimme a shout. They only do Linux hosting i think. |
