    Their customer support is always professional and friendly, however, they often do not give clear answers as to why a problem is occurring and when it might be fixed.

    I've experienced serious issues with uptime. I've used the host since 2004, however this year have had several times my site has been down for even a full day. Totally unacceptable with no contingency plan in place.

    The price is decent, with some Windows plans as low as $5.95/month. But, I guess you get what you pay for

    Their customer support was the worst I've ever experienced. On top of long wait times to actually speak to someone (via phone AND live chat), they were completely rude and just seemed to not want my business.

    I stayed with this host for up to a day. Their name servers did not propogate fast enough and I just didn't have 72 hours to wait. Besides all of this, their control panel is utterly confusing.

    Pricing wise, they had some good deals...however, it's not worth the lack of support, IMO.

    To be fair, I've not had much experience of other hosts, but these guys have always done good by me.

    Support tickets are normally answered within 15 minutes, mostly alot quicker during office hours and always helpful.

    Uptime could be improved, but probably the same with most hosts..Generally 99% uptime....

    Price...Have looked and looked, but not found the same level of spec for better price...

    Traffic pretty good...Unfortunately, not got anywhere near the limits...Same for disk/database space...

    Great thing is...You can have a discussion with these guys if your disk space useage is high or your having problems with a specific aspect of your site...

    Would only move to get either VPS/Dedicated...

    I've hosted my 8 domains at GoDaddy for a year-and-a-half now, as shared server hosting. They are very low traffic sites, so I have no experience with high traffic response. I also have no good basis for comparison of storage, databases, ftp, mail, although they more than meet my needs. I can host any number of domains in the same account, as long as I don't exceed my storage and monthly traffic volume, which (for my rock-bottom account) provides 150 GB of storage, 1,500 GB bandwidth. In the year-and-a-half, I have never experienced a single outage that I know of. Their tech support is incredible, although they do not provide a toll-free number (they are in Phoenix, AZ). 24x7, short waits, extremely savvy and friendly techs.

    Oh, the one negative: their user control panels are the pits. You can do absolutely everything, but trying to find the place to do it can be like learning Forth.

    I have tried a few hosts...but these guys seem to be brilliant. Customer Support is excellent, very quick and they know what they are talking about .. unlike some hosts.

    I would recommend them to anyone.

    Any questions gimme a shout. They only do Linux hosting i think.

    These hosts refuse to enable error reporting for classic asp, they have incompetent support staff and when I rang up to complain they told me to shove it and I cant have my money back.

    Hey dr_rock...Am I right in thinking you only just started this contract with this host?

    They offer a 30 day money back guarantee in their contract terms and conditions. Don't know if you've had it for less than 30 days, but I see no reason why they shouldn't honour this clause in their contract.
