    Formatting Issue please assist

    Hello All,

I am having a bit of a formatting issue that I hope you all can help with. First let me explain what's going on with my report.

I have 2 tables each with it's own dataset. The report needs to be this way because if I enter info from Table 2 into Table 1 it screws up all my other info within Table 1.

Anyway my formatting issue comes in because I still need Table 1 and 2 to sit side by side so it looks as close to one table as possible. I can make it work in preview mode but once I deploy to the server the second table gets taken down below the first table.

Is there a way anybody can think of to keep these two tables together through deployment? Thanks!

Hmm... this could have to do with the page size. Try making the margins smaller on the left and right side of the page in your report properties. Also make columns as small as they can be to save space.

Sometimes the rendering can make things look different than in preview. Hopefully it can be fixed by making the margins more narrow. Let me know how it turns out.

    Thanks

It didn't work. The issue was fixed by some coding that make the second table useless so it all worked out. I do however appriciate your help
