drill down to a new page

    Hi
I trying to convert a crystal report to SSRS report..

The crystal report has a capability to drill down (2 levels) to different pages... Is there a way I can do that in SSRS without creating sub reports...

The crystal report has been designed in the following way
    Page Header,
    Group header1
    GroupHeader 2
Groupheader 3 Drill down -- to a new page..
Details - drill down to a new page

This is what i have done in SSRS so far

    I have table with
Header row (for page header in crystal)
GroupHeader 1 for the first row
    groupheader 2
    Groupheader3 -- toggle
    Detail toggle

I have given a toggle item so that if i click on the groupheader2 says textbox1 I get the groupheader3 to show and if i click on groupheader3 i get the detail row to show up..

But i want them to start in a new page...
and tried a rectangle in the table and then i created a table called table2 inside the rectangle but i cannot set table2's textbox as a toggle item from details page..

So is there a way i can have the drilldowns to open in a new page (page break) cause i dont want to create 2 new reports and create a drill down report cause they would be having the same logic in them?

    Any help will be appreicated.

    Thanks,
    Karen

    Hi There!

I want to make sure I understand what you need. Am I correct that you want the toggle click to cause the detail to show up on a different page? I'm not sure you'd be able to force that easily. However, there is an option if you edit the group to insert a page break before or after the group. That might do what you want.

You can also have it jump to another report if that is what you want. If you click on the properties of a textbox then click advanced and go to the navigation pane you can specify an action (like moving to another report, a URL or a bookmark) when the user clicks on a textbox.

    Hopefully this helps!
