Questions to Ponder:
Are people more violently opposed to fur rather than leather because it's much easier to harass rich women than motorcycle gangs?

That is BS. What about those of us that just bought a new PC a couple of months ago with Vista? How will be get our OS upgraded to Windows 7?

@b - i guess you'd have to buy the new full version.....that $uck$.
I'd sure like an upgrade offered for the OEM Vista I wasted my money on. Vista is almost right up there with Windows Me as far as crappy operating systems are concerned.

And you think Windows 7 is going to be any better before SP1 is released? Remember that XP more or less sucked prior to SP2.

Actually, I have used W7, and it seems pretty stable. Heh, skeered meh though, cuz it has the look of Vista. Doesn't seem too hard on the resources either. Compatibility is still going to be key..... Heh, still a bunch of stuff not Vista compatible..... Think I'll stick with XP for as long as I can..... but then again, I was reluctant to give up Windows 2000, 98, and 95......

I've pretty much resign myself to keeping good backups and reloading Vista every 6 months or so -- when the BSOD's start coming every 3-4 days.
Though I put Vista Ultimate on my laptop not too long ago, and it's not too bad <fingers crossed>
I'm beginning to look at W7 as Vista SP2 however. I'm sure the MS just wants to call it something else besides Vista (and then drop support for XP Pro -- again)
