The system cannot log you on now because the domain <Domain Name> is unavailable When attempting to login to a domain through a wireless NIC you may receive this error. The Domain Controller is not able to be found because the wireless card is not active when you're not logged in. It's a sort of Catch 22: You need to login to start your wireless card but you need your wireless connection to login.
There is a resolution, however. Some wireless cards, including those manufactured by Intel, have a utility that connect to the wireless when you try to log in. This is known as a Pre-Logon connection. By enabling this, you should not have a problem authenticating to the domain.
