    SQL Server 2008

    Hello,

    I had visual developer, sql server express earlier. I removed both of them and then installed Visual studio 2008 and sql server 2008 beta 2. Visual studio 2008 install was fine but when I open up sql server 2008 i get an error mmc cannot create the snap in. Sql server configuration manager and then some numbers.

    Can someone tell me whats wrong with the install and how i can fix it.

    I've had a bugger of a time installing SQL Server 2008. Try un-installing it and then re-installing it -- making sure you install all the features you need (I missed the database engine the first 2 or 3 times).
