    "File sharing lock count exceeded…"

    Can some here help on how to fix this issue. I already did a research and I do not wan to modify the registry. Is there a different way of pasting what ever records you want?

    In your append, update, or make table query (in other words, your action query, which will probably be an update query given your last thread), open in design view, then on the menu bar click view, then SQL view. Now, click on view again, and go to properties. You should get a menu with some options. Beside record locks, change the value using the drop down to "No Locks". In some versions of access it might be "Use transaction" in which the property would be no to avoid locks.
