Hi people this is a brand new project that I am creating and need the help of talented developers/coders

I have a site called:
Custom Made Sites
and it is a brand new set up for me.
What I want to do with this site is to create a team of Developers each with specific skills and the ability to demonstrate them.
Each developer shall have a section of web space from which they can display projects that they have worked on, created alone, or have been involved with as a major contributor, (that is to say if you wrote a dynamite script for a company then by all means use this to show off)

There will also be a page dedicated to a profile of each developer and a link to download your CV.

This is NOT A JOB OFFER, what this is is an opportunity to join with a group of people DEDICATED to looking for contracts from which we can all profit from.
I am looking for Hard working developers with a mind to create great sites.
A qualification would be an advantage however this is not required so long as you have relevant and long enough experience and the ability to back this up.
Currently I am looking for developers in ALL disciplines from asp through to Zend.

The standards will be high, all (X)HTML must be valid and no scripting errors, the reason for this is your work WILL be displayed as part of the site, and as such any errors will give the impression that the site creates sloppy incomplete and bug prone web apps.

Experience with development software will also be an advantage, Dreamweaver. Visual Studio (2005+) etc will go down well.
