My quick guess is that the file is corrupt. Are your users trying to load the file off a network share, or from the local hard drive?

A cab file is basically a zip file. You can down load a copy of 7-zip from 7-Zip which should be able to read it, or report on why it can not.

    Hey w0lff w0lff,

I tried this but still no luck...when i try to register the dll's it doesn't do it. I am using: regsrv32 C:\WINNT\System32\crviewer.dll

this is on my computer (user) using windows xp professional
    but get message:
Windows cannot find 'regsrv32'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.
